(ix) adding, removing or modifying identifying header information in an effort to deceive or mislead.

(x) using Serverware.com to access, or to attempt to access the accounts of others or to attempt to penetrate security measure of Serverware.com or other entities computer software, hardware, electronic communication system, or telecommunications system

(xi) using Serverware.com to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.

(xii) reselling any services provided by Serverware.com, its servants or agents without Serverware.com prior written consent.

(xiii) using Serverware.com for any activity that adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use Serverware.com or the Internet.

Serverware.com reserves the right to modify the above at any time.
